To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Not damaged by the customer
  • Safely packed for return shipping

If the product shows signs of use beyond normal inspection, we may reduce the refund amount.


3. Hygiene & Personal Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may refuse returns of products that have been:

  • Opened
  • Used
  • Damaged
  • Returned in a condition unsuitable for resale

This applies especially to personal care, scalp care, and hair care products.


4. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product arrived:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Different from the ordered item

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
